If a viewer doesn't click the ad first it might due to the fact they just did not find it eye catching enough. They are then re-informed (Ntouch does not see customers as targets or re-targets) with an ad with the same message but different look. If the viewer clicks the ad but then a clicks away at the form page. It might be due to the fact they don't believe that the offer is equal to what they are willing to give. They are then re-informed with a new ad highlighting different details. In general the more variations supplied to the ad program the better it can inform the correct audience.
